Christa was trained by Jeani in 2014, completing the 200 level training. This training has helped her to become more regular in her own yoga practice, and she feels that benefit within. She enjoys the yoga community created in her classes, as well as introducing the practice to people new to yoga. Now that she has taught for several years, she likes to teach intuitively, based on participants’ needs and what feels right in the moment. She also enjoys her work as a clinical social worker/psychotherapist.
