Chelsea Milan is a holistic wellness practitioner with over eight years of experience in yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and somatic healing. Her classes blend mindful movement and nervous system regulation, offering students a grounded and nourishing practice.

She offers a fully personalized practice designed to support your unique body, goals, and level of experience. Drawing from Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Tantra, each session emphasizes embodied, free-flowing movement to enhance balance, mobility, and spinal health while calming the mind. Breathwork, gentle strength-building, restorative postures, and Qi Gong-inspired elements are thoughtfully integrated to create a practice that is both grounding and revitalizing.

Sharing these ancient healing modalities is Chelsea’s dharmic path and life passion. The focus of her classes are heart-centered, with the intention of promoting deep healing from within. It is her aim to provide powerfully therapeutic sessions which are transformative on the psychological, emotional and spiritual levels. Along with asanas, Chelsea incorporates breathwork, mantras, affirmations, meditation, sound healing (with singing bowls) and aromatherapy (with smudging sticks and essential oils).
 

Chelsea’s deepest wish is for students to walk out of class feeling blissfully connected to their highest selves, empowered by unconditional love through unity of mind, body and spirit.
