A sound bath is a regenerative therapy that uses sound through crystal singing bowls to dissipate disharmony and induce deep states of relaxation through felt vibration and angelic sound. The energy from the sounding crystal bowls harmonizes our own energy field and can be felt through the physical body as a humming, energy shifting, muscles relaxing and pain reducing.
