The course consists of 10 training sessions It will require 5 hours of personal practice weekly, to be journaled.
The first three months, we will meet in the afternoons. The last months, attendance will be the full day. Those mornings will be assisting in three level classes, so you will learn to modify for all levels of student. Also, during those sessions, courses will be offered in CPR, as well as ‘guest’ faculty sessions. There will be required reading, exams in anatomy and reviews on reading materials as well as much discussion. We will do energy work with clearing chakras, etc. All materials are included as well as unlimited classes during the training months. In the beginning, class time can count toward 5 hours weekly. A final project and a class taught to me as final exam.
It is recommended that you have had a practice for some time prior. Sometimes exceptions. Upon completion of requirements, you will receive certification at a 200 hour level acceptable by Yoga Alliance. I am registered through Yoga Alliance at ERYT 500 hrs ,also a Continuing Education Provider.
